Frequently asked questions

Practical answers from Pump Station Direct.

What size hole does this holesaw cut?

This is a 140mm holesaw. The cutting diameter describes the opening, not necessarily the diameter of the pipe that will pass through it.

What should I check before cutting the chamber?

Confirm the entry position, required seal cut-out, chamber material and suitable drill/arbor arrangement. Follow the chamber and seal instructions. Cutting the wrong opening can prevent a proper seal; contact us if you are unsure.

Where can I find matching pump parts?

Browse our parts and accessories. If you need help matching an existing installation, send Pump Station Direct the model details, connection sizes and a clear photograph.
