Five-year product warranty

Our warranty promise

We offer a five-year warranty on all products, starting from delivery. The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal intended use. It is provided by Raxworks Limited trading as Sewage Station Direct, company number 16970728. Business address: 132 Wheatley Lane Road, Barrowford, Nelson, England, BB9 6QJ.

How to make a claim

• Contact Sales@theplumbingsuppliers.co.uk or 0203 8851 996 with your order number or other proof of purchase.
• Describe the fault, when it started and the installation or operating conditions. Include photographs where useful.
• We will assess the issue and advise on the appropriate repair, replacement or other resolution. Arrange any return with us before sending the item.

Care and appropriate use

Products should be selected, installed, operated and maintained in accordance with their instructions. The warranty does not cover a problem caused solely by misuse, accidental damage, unsuitable installation, unauthorised alteration or normal wear. A blockage caused by non-flushable material is not itself proof of a manufacturing defect. We will consider the cause of the fault rather than automatically rejecting a claim because a product has been used.

Your consumer rights remain

This warranty is additional to your statutory rights, which may provide remedies independently of the warranty. We do not exclude liability or remedies that the law does not allow us to exclude. If a return is required because of a covered defect or our error, we will explain the free-return arrangements.
