What cookies do

Cookies and similar browser storage can remember a shopping session, protect a form or help measure website usage. Some are necessary for a function you request; optional measurement should depend on your choice. Updated 5 November 2026.

Essential website functions

WordPress and WooCommerce may use session and security cookies, including shopping-session cookies such as woocommerce_cart_hash, woocommerce_items_in_cart and wp_woocommerce_session_*. Account or administrator sign-in can use WordPress authentication and settings cookies. Their use depends on the functions you access. Blocking essential cookies can affect sign-in or basket behaviour.

Optional analytics

The hosting environment includes GoDaddy measurement scripts, and WooCommerce can load order-attribution scripts. We place these detected optional scripts behind the website’s analytics choice. They are not needed to read our product or help pages. You can accept or decline analytics in the cookie notice and change that preference here.

Your choice

We store your cookie preference in your browser under ssd_cookie_choice so the website remembers it. Choosing Reject optional keeps detected analytics disabled. Choosing Accept analytics allows those scripts to run. Changing to rejection stops them on subsequent page loads; your browser settings can also remove previously stored cookies.

Payment and external services

If you choose a payment service, its security and payment-session technologies may be necessary to provide that service. Stripe, Mollie, Klarna, Clearpay and WhatsApp have their own privacy information. External product images may also be loaded from suppliers’ image servers, which receive normal connection information such as your IP address.

Browser controls and privacy
